Returns & Refunds Policy

Return window Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, uninstalled units in original packaging. Contact us before initiating any return.

How to start a return Email sales@vantasupplies.com.au or call 1300 917 258. We'll issue a return authorisation number and provide instructions. Items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Return freight Return freight is at the buyer's cost. We do not provide return shipping labels for commercial equipment.

Condition requirements Units must be uninstalled, unused, and in original packaging with all accessories included.

Non-returnable items Custom orders, special builds, and items damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

Damages Inspect all deliveries before signing. Note any damage on the delivery docket and contact us within 24 hours on 1300 917 258 or sales@vantasupplies.com.au.

Refunds Once a return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

Warranty claims All products include the full manufacturer warranty. Contact us and we'll facilitate the claim directly with the manufacturer.
