Shipping Policy

Vanta Supplies ships all orders from Australian stock. We do not dropship from overseas or sell grey market imports.

Delivery timeframes

• Metro areas: 2–5 business days from payment confirmation
• Regional areas: 3–7 business days — contact us before ordering to confirm your timeframe
• Remote areas: Contact us for a freight quote before ordering

Delivery method All commercial equipment is delivered via kerbside freight — to the kerbside or loading dock of your premises. Delivery does not include installation, positioning inside your venue, or removal of packaging. Please ensure an authorised person is available to receive and sign for the delivery.

Freight costs Freight is calculated based on product size, weight, and delivery location. Costs are confirmed before your order is processed. We will never charge unexpected freight fees without your prior approval.

Freight damage Inspect all deliveries before signing. If damage is visible, note it on the delivery docket and contact us within 24 hours on 1300 917 258 or sales@vantasupplies.com.au.

Order tracking Tracking information is provided within 24 hours of dispatch.
