Description
The Williams Jade HJ2PCBA is a two door pizza preparation counter with raised ergonomic pan well and blown air refrigeration - the industry-standard prep station for pizza restaurants and high-volume commercial kitchens.
With 710 litres of under-counter storage and 9x1/3 GN pan capacity in the ergonomic well, the HJ2PCBA keeps toppings at safe temperature throughout service. Swivel castors included for easy repositioning.
