Description
The Williams Jade HJ2SCBA is a two door sandwich and preparation display counter with canopy and blown air well - built for cafés, delis and high-volume catering operations. With 500 litres of under-counter storage and 18x1/6 GN pan capacity in the well, it keeps ingredients at safe serving temperature throughout the day.
CoolSmart electronic temperature control, refrigerated blown air circulating over and under all pans, and a removable cassette refrigeration system make this unit the workhorse of commercial sandwich preparation. A 10mm polypropylene cutting board and polycarbonate sliding lids are included as standard.
