Description
The Williams Jade HJ3PCBA is a three door pizza preparation counter built for large-scale commercial pizza production. With 1070 litres of under-counter storage and 13x1/3 GN pan capacity across a 2476mm service run, it is the definitive prep station for high-volume pizza restaurants and commercial kitchen lines.
CoolSmart electronic temperature control, blown air over and under all pans, and a removable wire grid for easy tray sliding keep production flowing at speed. Swivel castors included for easy repositioning.
