Description
The Williams Jade HJ3SCBA is a three door sandwich and preparation display counter with canopy and blown air well - designed for large-scale deli, café and catering operations. With 750 litres of under-counter storage and 24x1/6 GN pan capacity in the well, it is built for kitchens where volume and consistency are non-negotiable.
CoolSmart electronic temperature control and refrigerated blown air over and under all pans maintain safe ingredient temperatures throughout the full service period. A 10mm polypropylene cutting board and polycarbonate sliding lids are included as standard.
